You may be eligible for an upgrade anytime. You have a couple of options:
• If you have an installment plan, you pay off 50-80% of your device and turn it in. The percentage depends on the installment plan.
• With a regular installment plan, you pay of 100% of your phone.
• If you own your phone, you can upgrade anytime.
