  You can check upgrade eligibility or your remaining Galaxy balance by signing in to myAT&T or the myAT&T App. Once you sign in, you will see the upgrade options for each line on the account. You can then check the box Upgrade this device > Upgrade. You can read more here.

  You may be eligible for an upgrade anytime. You have a couple of options:

  • If you have an installment plan, you pay off 50-80% of your device and turn it in. The percentage depends on the installment plan.
