How to Apply
- With clean hands, carefully remove the pump from the Soothing Toner glass bottle and place it on a clean surface. Do not clean or rinse it as water or cleaning agents may affect the quality of the products.
- Carefully cut the opening cap of your Soothing Toner Refill with scissors.
- Pour the refill into the original glass bottle and re-apply the pump. As a guide, the 250ml glass jar can be used for up to four refills.
Due to the high percentage of natural ingredients in our products, care should be taken not to leave the empty glass jar with residue product for too long before refilling.
The Soothing Toner Refill should be recycled according to your local council guidelines.

Chamomile has an anti-inflammatory, skin-refining, and antiseptic effect. It also improves cell renewal.
Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic acid effectively binds moisture, prevents moisture loss and improves the natural elasticity and firmness of the skin.
Mallow
Mallow extract protects against environmental stressors, moisturises and soothes irritation and redness.
Yarrow
Yarrow contains ample amounts of vitamin A, known as a natural retinol. It helps to increase enzyme activity and stimulates collagen production.
All Ingredients
The natural, spring water is filtered through a special water treatment system that cleans, energises and mineralises the water. It is a good solvent for many raw materials.
It is present in all waxes and oils. It attracts water to the skin and supports cell regeneration. We only use plant-based glycerin.
The organic compound of sugarcane bagasse and corn improves the skin’s ability to bind water and increases hydration levels. It is also characterised by its antimicrobial properties.
Plant-based emulsifier with moisturising effect.
Burdock root is rich in mucilage and tannins, which have a natural antiseptic effect and support blood circulation in the skin.
Honey is one of the most well-known natural ingredients to support skin health. It provides the skin with moisture, contains antiseptic, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and is a collagen booster.
Hyaluronic acid effectively binds moisture, prevents moisture loss and improves the natural elasticity and firmness of the skin.
Mallow extract protects against environmental stressors, moisturises and soothes irritation and redness.
Yarrow contains ample amounts of vitamin A, known as a natural retinol. It helps to increase enzyme activity and stimulates collagen production.
Mallow root extract forms a protective and moisturising layer on the skin and provides soothing benefits.
Chamomile flower extract provides an astringent, antiseptic, calming, toning and refreshing effect. The plant extract stimulates the skin’s metabolism and encourages regeneration.
St John’s wort extract has an anti-inflammatory and astringent effect and helps sooth blemished skin.
Sage leaf extract promotes blood circulation, regulates sebum production and clarifies and energises the skin for a healthy, renewed complexion.
Levulinic acid is produced by the fermentation of sugar or corn and has a preservative effect. In addition, it regulates the pH value of the skin and improves the natural acid protection.
A plant-derived sugar mixture that is present in similar form in the skin. It attaches itself to keratin in the skin and ensures that the skin is ideally hydrated.
Sucrose laurate is a sugar tenside, which is used as an emulsifier or mild surfactant. It is suitable for sensitive skin.
The ingredient sorbitol smoothes and nourishes the skin and restores moisture.
Hydrogenated starch hydrolysate acts as a humectant in skincare products. It is used to help the skin retain moisture.
The substance is obtained from Indian basil and star anise.
It regulates the pH value of the skin and enhances its natural acid protection.

The solubility of the denatured alcohol is used in the manufacturing of herbal extracts. The alcohol used in products are dosed in such quantities that they do not dry the skin.

Generous quantity of my favorite toner
I’ve never used another toner quite like this! It’s so hydrating. Adding this toner my daily routine as a first step after cleansing has made a significant difference in the hydration and glowiness of my skin. Just note that the refill contains enough product to fill two standard toner bottles! I ended up using a cute bottle I had stashed away to receive what was leftover from filling my empty bottle.
