The ProForm Multi Position XT is a robust FID military weight bench providing sturdy support for the toughest of workouts. Great for increasing muscle growth and developing strength, this functional weight bench offers an easily adjustable 7-position backrest and a 2-position seat. It that can be set to decline, flat, military and 4 incline positions to let you target different muscle groups and has a rugged construction for added safety and stability during intense training sessions. The bench is suitable for targeting your core, torso, arms, abs, and shoulders and can be used for a wide variety of exercises including bicep curls, triceps bench dips, chest flys, incline prone reverse dumbbell flys, shoulder press, military press, chest press, back rows, decline push ups, sit ups and leg lowers.
