I am glad I did! because the 3500 is an outstanding Arcade machine!
It is way more impressive up close & personal than seeing it on your computer….
The artwork/graphics are sharp looking & the colors pop, especially under a blacklight.
The controllers – joysticks, trackball & buttons are all top notch high quality…. the color changing trackball is very cool.
The machine is easy to operate & fun to play, and you can customize it to your specifc needs….

Pincade is very well built and sturdy. It is very heavy! Games are great! The set up instructions on the web site are oversimplified. The site says bolt on the legs, swing up the back screen and secure it and you are ready to go.
My back screen came in a separate box so I had to mount it and then connect all the cables between it and the main computer. It was confusing as there are extra plugs that aren’t used and the printed instructions aren’t clear enough. The cables need to be better marked. My back screens didn’t work as I had things plugged in wrong. One call to the tech rep fixed quickly. We faced timed and he looked at where the cables were plugged in via my phone. Great tech service. Everyone who comes over wants one!

The blue module was not attached but loose on the bottom of the enclosure and NOT hooked up (video, audio, and main connection). The system is everything I could have hoped for and the service/help was over the top.
