Light decks fitted in ferries and ro-ro vessels. Except for pure car carriers, car decks are usually designed to be movable. They may be stowed away when not required. There are three types of car decks and platforms; hoistable decks, liftable decks and sidepivoting decks.

– Hoistable deck – A hoistable car deck has a number of separate panels hinged together. At each end, access ramps with entering flaps are provided. The deck is operated by means of a drive system consisting of a wire and hydraulic jigger winch mounted externally inside the ship structure, or internally into panels. The panels are stowed below the deck above.

– Liftable car decks  – Liftable car decks have no integral lifting mechanism but are deployed by a mobile scissors lift. As a result, the maintenance requirements are minimal. wCompl}}

Universal soldier The Yak-141 multi-purpose all-weather carrier-based vertical take-off and landing aircraft first took to the air in 1987. These machines were supposed to form the backbone of the air groups of heavy aircraft-carrying cruisers Novorossiysk, Baku, Tbilisi, Riga and Ulyanovsk, but the protracted tests and the collapse of the USSR put an end to the project. In many ways, the Yak-141 developed the ideas embodied in the Yak-38. The layout is basically the same. However, the “one hundred and forty-first” seriously surpassed its predecessor in terms of tactical and technical characteristics and combat capabilities. The Yak-141 turned out to be a truly “universal soldier”. It was intended to cover aircraft carrier formations from enemy aircraft, gain air supremacy, conduct close maneuverable and long-range combat, and strike at ground and surface targets. Combat radius – up to 900 kilometers, maximum speed – 1800 kilometers per hour, practical ceiling – 15 thousand meters. Armament – 30-mm aircraft gun GSH-30-1, guided and unguided missiles on five suspension points. Unlike the Yak-38, the Yak-141 was equipped with an airborne radar. However, the aircraft never went into production. By the end of 1991, funding for the project was curtailed, and Yakovlev Design Bureau employees offered the development to foreigners. The call was answered in the Lockheed Martin concern. This did not help the car with a ticket to life, but the Americans took the opportunity and “privatized” part of the technical documentation of the Yak-141. The Navy now has 18 Su-33 fighters. In November 2016, they received a baptism of fire. This device was developed for the Mistral universal landing helicopter carriers. The Ministry of Defense signed a contract for the supply of three dozen Ka-52Ks back in the spring of 2014. But then Paris, under pressure from NATO partners, canceled the deal, and Egypt bought both Mistrals in October 2015. The helicopter turned out to be so successful that the Ministry of Defense decided not to refuse it. From the standard “Alligator” “Katran” differs in the mechanism of folding the blades and bearing consoles. As part of the modernization program, the entire aircraft fleet received modern on-board radio-electronic equipment, as well as a new sighting and navigation system with a high-precision bombing subsystem SVP- 24-33 “Hephaestus”.

Rotary wing sniper

Kamov is traditionally responsible for naval helicopters in Russia. Machines with a coaxial layout of rotors have been the hallmark of the Navy for many decades. Recently, the family of these machines was replenished by a naval modification of the Ka-52 striker – Ka-52K Katran.

The Katran made its first flight on March 7, 2015. This device was developed for the Mistral universal landing helicopter carriers. The Ministry of Defense signed a contract for the supply of three dozen Ka-52Ks back in the spring of 2014. But then Paris, under pressure from NATO partners, canceled the deal, and Egypt bought both Mistrals in October 2015.

The helicopter turned out to be so successful that the Ministry of Defense decided not to abandon it. From the standard “Alligator” “Katran” differs in the mechanism of folding the blades and bearing consoles. This makes the machine more compact not only for being based on a ship deck or in the hold, but also for transportation by cargo aircraft. In addition, “Katran” is equipped with reinforced landing gear, which is not easy to break even when hitting the ground. This increases the survival of the crew during an emergency landing or when entering the deck in a storm.

The Katran’s main armament is expected to be the latest Hermes-A anti-tank guided missiles. In terms of range (20 kilometers), they are significantly superior to the Whirlwind (ten kilometers) and Attack (six kilometers), which are armed with the Ka-52 and Mi-28N, respectively. Thus, the helicopter does not need to enter the short-range and short-range air defense coverage area in order to destroy the enemy.

For our customer, a second power flow input link was added to the model from the second
gear. To do this, the original model KISSsys (called GPK) has been modified by KISSsoftAG engineers. The setting was created in one day,
which allowed the customer to immediately start
work. After completion of the work, an Internet meeting was held for
presentation of the model to the company’s engineers.

the cost of the gearbox (without housing) is estimated simultaneously with the execution
calculations. In the customer model, you can also make production
data to improve the accuracy of the estimate (Fig. 2).

Dimensioning

materials used and applied load, the model automatically suggests
rational dimensions of transmission, bearings and shaft diameters. These dimensions
should be considered as a starting point for subsequent parameterizations of each component using the calculation module
